√Vera stands as an extreme expression of postmodern living in the heart of Baghdad—bold, sculptural, and unapologetically contemporary. Its façade blends warm textures, sharp geometries, and refined material contrasts, setting the tone for an experience defined by both drama and elegance. The arrival sequence unfolds beneath a floating canopy and into an interior that embraces openness, light, and fluidity.

At the core of √Vera is a sunken living room carved into the spatial flow, revealing cinematic vistas toward the pool and an interior garden that blurs the line between nature and architecture. Expansive volumes, a refined bar area, and interconnected spaces create a home that feels both luxurious and effortless. √Vera isn’t just a residence—it’s a meticulously composed lifestyle statement, celebrating openness, sophistication, and modern Baghdad design culture.

Vera Cove

Re-imagining Baghdad living through a bold blend of modern architecture enriched with classical elegance. Its façade pairs clean contemporary lines with iconic arches and soft lighting, creating a distinctive identity that feels both fresh and timeless. Classical elements are not copied—they’re refined and reinvented, giving the home a graceful character that stands out effortlessly.

Inside, the design opens into spacious, flowing interiors centered around a striking sunken living room that adds depth, drama, and connection. Large, open spaces invite natural light and movement, making every area feel expansive and alive. Elysian Retreat is a haven where every detail reflects exclusivity and comfort. It boasts contemporary furnishings, luxurious textures, and seamless integration of the latest amenities. Meadow Heart

A modern architectural marvel where nature and light collaborate to create an engaging, sustainable environment. Its design revolves around a striking double-height core entrance hall that naturally divides the space into three zones:

vibrant public areas that invite community interaction, welcoming guest spaces that exude sophisticated hospitality, and private zones that offer serene refuge.

Azure Pastures

Resting gracefully along the banks of the Tigris, where contemporary design meets the serenity of nature. The project is envisioned as a modern farm retreat — a place of calm, comfort, and connection. Its architecture blends linear precision with soft, organic forms, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.
